Two-component polysulfide sealant

Two-component polysulfide sealant (for manual use and for extruder) — it is also called Thiokol mastic. It is a two-component construction material designed for waterproofing of seams, joints, cracks and other joints formed in the process of construction and repair works of buildings, industrial and residential premises. The sealant is a two-component composition consisting of sealing (component A based on polysulfide oligomer) and curing (component B based on manganese dioxide) pastes. The NEDEX Eurasia plant, which is a joint venture between Galaksi Group and Nedex, produces sealants at plants in Almaty, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia and Germany.

The plant produces polysulfide-based sealant used for window glazing under the brands: Arcol (for manual use) and PS998 (for extruders). Nedex brand polysulfide sealant for insulating glass units is designed specifically for the climate of Kazakhstan. High quality of the product — raw materials from the most reliable world-class suppliers. Excellent sealant performance characteristics: adhesion, elasticity, durability. Simple and easy application, easy mixing, customer-friendly packaging 30+3 kg, 27+2.7 kg, 4.5+0.45 kg.

Molecular sieve

Molecular sieve is a combination of silicon and aluminum oxides; they are pore-pierced lumps, balls. Molecular sieve for insulating glass units is available for sale as pellets in sizes from 0.5 to 2 mm. The high quality and durability of the molecular sieve used in the production of insulating glass units is an important condition for ensuring the quality of the product itself.

Molecular sieve is used in the production of insulating glass units to adsorb water vapor penetrating through the side seams of the insulating glass unit during its operation and to adsorb moisture entering the insulating glass unit during its production. The main sieve brands in this plant are Nanomol, Multimol and Neomol.

Distance frame

Aluminum, is the most common material for the manufacture of spacer frames (profiles). Aluminum frames (spacer) are profiles with double rows of perforations.

The spacer frame is a part of the frame of the glazing unit, separating the sheets of glass at a specific distance. There are perforated (diffusion) holes along the entire length of the front side of the profile. The size of these holes is smaller than the diameter of the molecular sieve granules poured into these recesses.

To avoid fogging of the windows, the distance frames are filled with a molecular sieve. It absorbs moisture from the glass space, creating an air or gas insulating chamber. The wall thickness of the frame is 0.18-0.23 mm.

Basic Functions:
— The primary frame of the insulating glass unit, which holds a certain distance between the panes of glass in the insulating glass unit;
— Capacity for molecular sieve;
— Temperature distribution evenly over the entire surface of the insulating glass unit.

PVC distance frame

Plastic materials are much «warmer» than aluminum, while being much stronger and therefore more durable. The low thermal conductivity of the plastic PVC spacer makes it possible to maintain the necessary temperature conditions.

The distance frame for double-glazed windows is made of rigid PVC. The production technology is characterized by clear, deep perforations, which, in turn, ensure that the molecular sieve fully absorbs the condensate.

PVC distance frames are characterized by:
— Good thermal insulation properties — 10 times better than the metal frame;
— Resistance to UVB;
— Lack of cold bridges and freezing of the window;
— Aesthetics: the frame perfectly merges with the design of the plastic window.

Polyisobutylene sealant designed for the primary sealing of insulating glass units. Nedex butyl is specially designed for application on aluminum spacer frame used later for production of insulating glass units and is optimally combined with polysulfide secondary sealants, has good adhesion to glass, aluminum, zinc, steel.

The main functions of butyl:
— Primary sealing of insulating glass units;
— Effectively prevents the penetration of moisture vapor and gases inside the insulating glass.

Tempera Ceramic Paint

Since 2020 the factory has added ceramic paints for glass to its sales program.
Technical data: Water-based inorganic paints without heavy metals, with different curing temperatures from 600°C to 1000°C, used to paint flat glass, ceramic and metal surfaces. One-component systems.

Application method: Can be used with screen printing, roller printing, curtain printing and gun spraying systems.

Field of application: Furniture, household appliances, lighting sector, automotive glass, exterior facades of buildings.
